IC Optical Systems can manufacture most types of lens system and offer advice to aid design and manufacture in the design stages that will better guarantee an optimum product during and after manufacture.
We have access to professional lens designers if these skills are needed to kick start a project.
Following the design and development stages we can manufacture lens elements to the necessary specifications and mount them in structures as required. To maximise the performance we provide the optical designer with the unique melt data for each glass type used and the critical dimensions of the finished lens elements. This allows the lens designer to re-calculate the design and make fine adjustments to the lens separations that are then used to manufacture a lens system that is fully optimised and as good as it can be.
